âś… Qualifications and Requirements

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in telecommunications and FTTH fiber optics.
  2. Minimum D3/S1
  3. Good communication skills and attitude.
  4. Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  5. Able to create reports and   presentations.
  6. Possess a minimum of a Class A driver's license and be able to drive a four-wheeled vehicle.

  1. Able to operate and maintain fiber optic equipment (Splicer, OTDR, OPM, OLS).
  2. Understand fiber optic network projects, conduct supervision, ATP, and project checklists.
  3. Prepare monthly reports regarding corrective and preventive maintenance work orders.
  4. Create preventive maintenance schedules.
  5. Submit requests for equipment and materials needed to support maintenance needs (corrective and preventive).
