Serpong Mas Telematika was established to become a neutral network provider and can be utilized by other telecommunications service providers (ISPs or Content Providers) to meet the community's needs for Internet, Pay TV and telephone services in the Bumi Serpong Damai area and other areas. Communities can choose internet service providers and other content according to their needs. With this, it is hoped that from the ISP side it can indirectly increase the level of service to the public.

- PT. Serpong Mas Telematika provides a network/infrastructure that can be used by internet service providers to send their services to customers in the form of data using Metro Ethernet and GPON (FTTx) technology.
- PT. Serpong Mas Telematika has deployed 600 km of fiber optic cables to date, and also manages 25,000 Homepasses covering Residential areas, Office Buildings, Schools, Malls, Shophouses, and Data Centers.
The network provided by Serpong Mas Telematika reaches a capacity of 100 Gbps
